Shipping Information

Shipping to anywhere in the United States is free! Once an order has been placed, it takes Timeless Avenue approximately 1-5 business days to process an order. This does not include the shipping time.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I track my package(s)?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We ship all of our products with USPS and you can track your package on their website.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any updates to the shipping label so please double check before making a purchase. If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, please send us an email immediately at info@timelessavenue.com with your order number and the correct address.

If your package is returned because of an insufficient address, we will charge a shipping fee. In the case that you would not like your package sent back to you, we will charge a restocking fee of $7.00. This fee will be deducted from your total. We do not offer refunds. You will receive a credit for future use with Timeless Avenue.

What if my package is lost?

Please note Timeless Avenue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages by the mail carrier. If your address has been delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout but is nowhere to be found, we suggest reach out to the members in your household and/or your neighbors.

If your package is lost in transit, you may reach out to USPS directly for assistance.
